The User of this Application Software (Stat) is defined as an individual with the Stat application installed on a personal or corporate mobile device under the control of the User.
The User accepts that use of Stat constitutes an agreement to make their contact mobile phone number and other details, including photo, visible to other Users authorized by the User’s employer or Software Licensee.
The User warrants that all the information associated with their name, including mobile phone number, email address, Department, Title (position), and on-call status, remain accurate at all times.
The User accepts that from time to time Stat Technologies may send push notifications and text messages related to the operability of the Stat Application software.
User information, including name, title, contact phone number(s), photo (as uploaded by User), and email address, are stored by Stat Technologies for the duration of the active subscription. Storage may include the use of third-party servers. Records of on-call status at specific times will be made available to the User’s employer.
The User warrants they will not copy, transmit, store, or otherwise communicate phone numbers or other contact details of any other authorized User to any third party under any circumstances.
The User warrants they will comply with the Privacy Act (1988) and any relevant State or Territory legislation pertaining to the storage and transmission of health information while using Stat.
The terms of use expressly forbid the User from utilizing Stat to contact other authorized Users for communications not directly related to clinical care, including communications of a personal or non-work-related nature.
The Stat Application Software may not be modified, reverse-engineered, or de-compiled in any manner. The User must not attempt to download or otherwise access the source code of the Stat Application Software.
